  QR Codes

Last year there were many poster authors that took advantage of the new QR code feature that was offered. This year, we'll continue to provide a unique QR code and UID:# for each poster presenter to include on their poster. People interested in the poster can add the author to their contact list either by scanning the QR code or searching on the ID number.

The QR code can be found in the Speaker's Corner closer to the Annual Meetings. A link will be posted here when it becomes available.

Can your phone scan QR codes?
Download a QR scanner and you can scan QR codes on your iPhone, Android, or Blackberry phone.
Suggested QR scanning apps for iPhone and Android: iNigma, Red Laser, Quick Mark, QR Droid (Android only), ScanLife (also includes Blackberry), QR Code Scanner (also includes Blackberry).

Poster Schedule

All SSSA poster presenters will set-up their poster on Monday morning, Nov. 16 and leave it up for viewing throughout the meeting.  SSSA presenters will remove their presentation when the hall closes at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, Nov. 18 or before departing the Annual Meetings.
All ASA and CSSA poster presenters will set-up their poster on the morning of their presentation and remove it that same evening.
All authors are expected to be at their presentation during the time of the poster session in which they're scheduled.

Lunch and Learn Sessions

Lunch and learn sessions present late-breaking topics. Concessions are available outside the ballroom to purchase your lunch to eat during the session.

Lunch and learn topics will be determined closer to the meeting.
