Poster Presentations

ASA, CSSA, and SSSA will display posters on a half-size poster board (no larger than 44.5" x 44.5") for one day. All presenters will present for a two hour period on one day. A poster board number will be placed in the upper left corner of the board on a 4½" x 3" card. The poster boards are Velcro friendly. Please bring your own Velcro.

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations are normally 12 minutes with 3 minutes for questions. Data projectors are the standard audiovisual equipment in each oral session. All presenters must upload their PowerPoint presentations online or the day before their presentation in the Speaker Ready Room at the meeting to have them pre-loaded on the session computers. Individual presentations then begin with the click of a mouse.

Presentation Uploading

Oral Presentations

PowerPoints must now be uploaded the day before your presentation in the Speaker Ready Room or the day of your presentation on the computer in your meeting room.

Poster Presentations can be uploaded online anytime until Nov. 18. This is not required, but is useful as it will create an online record of your poster.

2015 Abstract Dates & Deadlines

Abstract submissions are now closed. If you were unable to submit on time, please consider submitting your paper next March for the 2016 Annual Meeting. Thank you.

Program published online: Last week in July
Abstract editing deadline: Sept. 1*, 5:00 PM EDT
