Speech Contest

The Speech Contest is designed to give students an idea of the value of public speaking. Contestants must prepare a five to seven minute speech on one of three topics selected approximately three hours before the final judging. They are rated on voice, physical manner, speech structure, development, language, value, and effectiveness of the speech. Contestants must be winners of local SASES Clubs.

To enter the Speech Contest, send the name of the student and the certifcation sheet to the National Faculty Speech Contest Committee Chair by September 30, 2015.
