The Annual Meeting will be held primarily at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland.

Baltimore is a major city with a long history as an important seaport. Fort McHenry, birthplace of the U.S. national anthem, “The Star-Spangled Banner,” sits at the mouth of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Today, this harbor area offers shops, upscale crab shacks and attractions, thriving arts and culture districts, history, nightlife, music and more.

Travel to Baltimore

The Baltimore Washington International Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall) is the region's low-fare gateway to the world, offering over 300 non-stop flights to more than 90 domestic and international destinations with over 650 flights operating daily.

Amtrak  and Greyhound offer rail and motorcoach service to Baltimore from virtually anywhere on the continent. 

Ground Transportation

The BWI Marshall Airport is just nine miles west of downtown Baltimore.

Light Rail
The Light Rail service is available to downtown Baltimore.  Light Rail Station is located immediately outside the lower level of the terminal building, adjacent to Concourse E. Click here to view the Light Rail System maps, schedules, fare details and other general information.

Shared Ride Service
A great way to reduce carbon emissions!  Supreme Shuttle is BMI Marshall Airport's only authorized shared- ride shuttle service. 

Taxi Information
The taxi stands are located just outside of the baggage claim area on the Lower Level of the BWI Marshall Airport terminal near doors 5 and 13.  The estimated fare to the Baltimore Convention Center and surrounding hotels in the Inner Harbor is $35.  

App-based Transportation Services
App-based ride services (Uber, Lyft) pick up and drop off passengers at the terminal curbs on the Departures/Ticketing Level between doors 9 and 11.
